4. Agreements for Cherry People
The published terms do not separately name Cherry People as a trading name or service. It therefore remains to be confirmed which legal entity provides the service and which terms apply to Cherry People agreements.
A subscription also requires agreements on duration, cancellation, user numbers, support, availability and the return or deletion of employee data. A separate data processing agreement is required where applicable.
