How does annual pricing work?
With annual billing, the rate is €0.50 lower per employee per month. That makes Light €3.00 and Pro €3.50. The prices shown exclude VAT.
Which plan fits my team?
Light and Pro are available for up to 100 employees. Enterprise is available from 50 employees. For more than 100 employees, choose Enterprise. Light focuses on finding colleagues and sharing information. Pro adds everyday HR processes. Does your organisation have specific requirements for setup, access or integrations? Then let's discuss Enterprise.
Are there setup costs?
During our introduction, we'll discuss what's needed for setup, data and any integrations. The associated costs and agreements will be included in the proposal.
Can we expand later?
Discuss which features you need now and what can follow later. We'll find a suitable next step together and make the associated arrangements clear in advance.
Which systems does Cherry People work with?
Nmbrs is currently the only standard integration. Connections to other software, such as Outlook or Slack, are custom solutions by agreement. We discuss the options and costs in advance.
How is the monthly amount calculated?
For Light and Pro, multiply the number of employees by the rate for your chosen billing period. The calculator shows the corresponding monthly amount excluding VAT. Enterprise receives a custom proposal.
What does the estimated time saving mean?
The savings calculator gives an estimate based on your input. It is not a guaranteed result; your current way of working and the final setup determine how much time you actually save.

How we calculate it
Hours freed up = employees × monthly admin hours × 12 × savings percentage. Their value is the number of hours × staff cost per hour. We subtract the annual Pro subscription cost: employees × the selected monthly rate × 12. With annual billing, this is €3.50 per employee per month; with monthly billing, €4.00. We use Pro because it includes the HR processes mentioned. Negative results remain visible. Above 100 employees, Enterprise applies: subscription costs and the net result are then available on request.
