Are push notifications possible?
The mobile app supports push notifications. Activation requires configuring the push provider and suitable app builds.
Can Cherry People also use Slack?
Slack is not a standard integration. We can discuss a custom solution for private notifications and the setup it requires.
Where can employees find internal updates?
News and messages have a shared space in the employee portal. Colleagues no longer need to check different inboxes or group chats.
What kinds of messages belong in this module?
Company news, a practical change or an introduction to a new colleague, for example. Personal employee documents belong in the designated employee file.
How do we keep information up to date?
Agree on who publishes messages and who reviews existing information. During setup, we'll discuss which roles fit these responsibilities.
